When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing after your payment is confirmed.
During peak periods, such as promotional or sale events, processing time may take up to 5 business days.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free standard shipping across the United States.
Estimated delivery time is 9–14 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external conditions such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Responsibility for delivery timing lies with the shipping carrier once the package is dispatched.

Legal Disclaimer

Ownership of packages is transferred to the customer once they are handed over to the local carrier.
We ensure that all items are in good condition before shipment. However, D'Fine is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, misdeliveries, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect shipping information once the item has been shipped.

Shipping is a service purchased along with your order and any issues after dispatch must be resolved directly with the local carrier.

My tracking says “delivered,” but I haven’t received my package.

We understand how important your order is. If your tracking information shows the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your building manager.

  • Look around entryways or common delivery areas.

  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to report a possible misdelivery.

Please note: If tracking confirms delivery to the correct city/address, we consider the order fulfilled. We are not liable for missing packages after delivery has been confirmed.

High-Risk Order Policy

To ensure the security of all transactions, we may apply extra verification steps to orders flagged as high-risk by our system. This can include unusual order size, frequency, address inconsistencies, or mismatched payment details.

If your order is flagged, we may contact you by email or SMS for verification. Your order will not ship until verification is completed. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable time, the order may be canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order we are unable to verify or that we suspect to be fraudulent. All customer data shared during verification will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for this purpose.

Chargebacks filed during a pending verification period will be challenged and deemed invalid per our store policy.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Every order comes with a tracking number, which you will receive by email once your item ships.
You can track your order anytime using the Track Your Order section on our website.

Note: Items may be shipped from different fulfillment centers depending on availability, which may result in separate tracking numbers.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to our fast processing times, cancellations are generally not possible once the order is placed.
If you no longer want the item, please wait for delivery and then request a return by contacting us at info@thedfineus.com.

I entered the wrong address!

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@thedfineus.com if you believe your shipping address is incorrect. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it. Unfortunately, once the order is dispatched, we cannot make changes and are not responsible for misdeliveries due to incorrect address entry.

My item arrived damaged.

If you receive a damaged product, please email us at info@thedfineus.com with the following:

-Your order number

-A photo of the damaged item

Once verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost.
