Return & Exchange Policy
At D’Fine, we want you to love your pieces not only for how they look but also for their quality.
While our products are shipped internationally, we offer returns only in cases where the issue is caused by us.
🔁 When can I return an item?
We accept returns only in the following situation:
-You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
Please note:
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
📅 Request Period
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return request.
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your request is approved, you will receive our U.S.-based return address via email.
We currently do not provide prepaid return labels and cannot refund the original shipping fees.
✅ How to Start a Return
1. Email us at info@thedfineus.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. If your request is approved, you’ll receive the return address and step-by-step instructions by email.
3. Ship the item within 7 days of approval.

-Items marked as “Final Sale”
-Items without original packaging or tags
-Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged (not due to our error)
-Returns due to size issues or change of mind
