At D'FINE, we want you to shop with confidence.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in their original condition and packaging

• Be free of stains, odors, alterations, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@thedfineus.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Our Customer Support Team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions.

  4. Once approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address, will be provided by our Customer Support Team once the return request has been reviewed and approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
